Gluten-Free Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups - Brown Rice Flour

  • 1/2 cup - Quinoa Flour

  • 1/2 cup - Tapioca Flour

  • 1/3 cup - Cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup - Potato Starch

  • 1 Tablespoon - Xanthan Gum

  • 1 Teaspoon - Baking Powder

  • 1 Package - Unflavored Gelatin

  • 1 Tablespoon - Sure Jell Pectin

  • 1 Teaspoon - Salt

  • 1 Tablespoon - Yeast

  • 1 ½ cups - Rice Milk, at room temperature (can use any milk)

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup - Honey

  • 1/4 cup - Olive Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon - Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 3 - Eggs

 

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and set aside.

  2. Beat eggs in mixer.

  3. Add milk, honey, oil, & vinegar.

  4. Mix in dry ingredients.

  5. Check the consistency of the dough. Add additional milk or flour if needed. Dough should be stickier than a regular loaf of bread.

  6. Put in a loaf pan brushed with olive oil.

  7. Smooth down top.

  8. Let rise in the oven 20-40 minutes.

  9. Turn oven on 350° F and Bake for 35 minutes.

 
*This can also be made in a bread machine. Use the sweet bread cycle and crust color medium-dark.

Perfect Salmon Recipe

  • 2lbs of Wild Salmon

  • 4 Tablespoons of Coconut oil or Ghee

  • 2 Limes

  • 2 Teaspoons of Rosemary

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Real Salt

  • Preheat oven to 350F

 

Directions:

Lightly coat the bottom of a baking dish with the coconut oil. Set the salmon in the dish and spread the remaining oil over the top of the salmon. Spread an even covering of rosemary and real salt on the salmon. Place lime wedges evenly across the top of the salmon. Cook for 10-15 minutes until cooked to your taste.

Almond Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

  • ½ C Honey or Agave

  • 1 Stick Butter or ½ C Mashed Banana

  • 1 Egg or 1Tbl spoon Flax Meal+3 Tabls. Water

  • ½ Baking Soda

  • ¼ Tsp. Baking Powder

  • ½ Tsp. Cinnamon

  • ½ Tsp. Vanilla

  • 1/8 tsp. Salt

  • 1 Cup Oats, mix in blender

  • ½ Cup soaked & Dried almonds, mix in blender with oats

  • 1 Cup Fresh ground Kamut, Whole Wheat, Spelt or Rice Flour

  • ¼ Tsp. Xanthan Gum (if using rice flour)

  • ½-1 cup raisins (depending on preference)
